This collaboration was inspired by the desire to showcase the breathtaking beauty of Bali as an idyllic wedding destination, while also highlighting the exceptional talent of local vendors from the WedSetter Directory. From florists and photographers to stylists and luxury furniture hire, each supplier brought their unique expertise and artistic vision to the table, resulting in a cohesive and enchanting display that leaves couples dreaming and spellbound (plus we got super lucky with the bluebirds skies for photos).
The styled shoot beautifully combined the luxurious settings of the Grand Hyatt Bali with vibrant florals, elegant table settings, and intricate details that reflect the spirit of Bali romance. With white sandy beaches and picturesque ocean views as the backdrop, the team crafted a series of stunning scenes that perfectly embody the essence of a beachfront Bali wedding. The use of soft, romantic colors like pink hues and coffee caramel and sophisticated décor elements created an atmosphere that is both inviting and magical, allowing couples to envision their own celebrations in this Bali Resort paradise.
As the day unfolded, talented photographers Luxima and videographers Clockwise Pictures captured every moment, showcasing the artistry and creativity of each vendor involved. The content creation team from Treasure The Bride also capturing the behind the scenes, highlights from the day and the stunning venue. With bespoke dinnerware and glassware from The Isle Co adorned the tables with neutral crockery and black accents, perfectly accentuating the soft creamy candles and enhancing the coastal ambiance. The reception setting also including some large woven and rattan light shades that really set the scene on dusk.
The furnishings provided by Bali Event Hire added a refined and coastal touch to the beach setting. With their white and neutral-colored pieces, the decor created a chic yet laid-back atmosphere, which would make guests feel comfortable, yet stylish while enjoying the stunning ocean views. The arrangement included a lively bar with a bright neon display, stylish cocktail furniture, umbrellas, and a coconut stand featuring specially branded coconuts from Grand Hyatt Bali.
From cocktail lounges to reception seating, the stylish, minimalist pieces blended seamlessly with the seaside theme, ensuring both elegance and comfort.
Additionally, a digital guestbook from Phone a Friend Co at the bar allowed our gorgeous couple to share heartfelt messages and memories to each other in a fun, contemporary way.
The talented team at Glo Salon & Beauty elevated our model’s look with beach-inspired hairstyles and fresh, natural makeup that perfectly matched the relaxed, romantic vibe. Ana donned a breathtaking lace gown from Zolotas, complemented by exquisite bridal jewelry from Amulets that added a subtle shimmer to the seaside celebration. While Andrew was looking spunky to support his girl in a crisp white blazer and black pants from Kings Tailor Bali.
