Terms & Conditions;
All packages are valid for bookings made between now and 31 December 2025. All rates include 21% tax and service charge. Additional guests outside of the pre-agreed numbers will be chargeable upon confirmation.
Food and beverage arrangements and services will be provided in the wedding package unless otherwise requested to use by your venue.
The final number of guests for the reception dinner should be at minimum the same as the total number of attendees for the wedding ceremony, to be submitted at least 45 days prior to the event. The number of guests supplied 45 days prior to the event will be billed accordingly, and if the final number of guests decreases on the date of the event there are no refunds. Any additional guests attending your event will be charged accordingly.
Wedding Venue;
Each venue option associated with a Wedding Package is an external cost to the listed Wedding Package. Each venue option will be quoted for each enquiry and will include the Usage of main wedding space at the venue, event fee included, banjar fee included, use of the entire villa. Villa Staff are included, requested night stay at the entire villa, including breakfast, tax & Services fees included in the quoted price.
Deposit Requirements;
A non refundable first deposit of 10% of the confirmed package is required to guarantee the package and price. A letter of agreement will be issued within 48 hours of the event confirmation. Balance payment for all the confirmed arrangements will be required 45 days prior to the date of the event.
Cancellation Policy;
In the event of cancellation, the following charges will apply: Less than 180 days – 50% of the estimated total amount or non-refundable deposit. Less than 120 days – 75% of the estimated total amount. Less than 90 days – 100% of the estimated total amount.
Force Majeure;
The performance of this agreement by either party is subject to acts of God, government authorities, disasters or other emergencies, any of which may make it illegal or impossible to provide facilities and/or services for the events or to accommodate the group. In the event of force majeure, any deposit that has been paid is not reimbursable. This agreement may be terminated for any one or more of such reasons by written notice from one party to the other without liability.
Changes to Wedding Packages;
Eligibility for Changes
Changes to products, quantities, services and vendors are permitted (within reason) only within the specified time frame whilst finalizing your overall package. Once your package has been confirmed there are no more changes to your package.
Product Changes
Substitutions for products must be of equal or lower value. Any other product changes may incur additional costs, which will be communicated prior to confirmation.
Quantity Adjustments
Increases in quantity are subject to availability and may affect pricing. Decreases in quantity may result in a reduction of the overall package price, subject to the terms of the contract.
Vendor Changes
Changes to vendors must be approved by the wedding planner/coordinator. Any new vendor must meet the quality standards set by the original agreement.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of products or vendors may incur cancellation fees as specified in the contract.
Final Approval
All changes are subject to final approval by the wedding planner/coordinator. A revised contract or agreement may be issued to reflect changes.
Limitation of Changes
Design changes are permitted up to 90 days before the wedding date. No changes will be allowed after this period without special consideration.
Liability
The vendor is not responsible for any issues arising from changes made after the final confirmation of the package.
Agreement to Terms
By requesting changes, the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
